Shore Drive Realty is a boutique, locally owned vacation rental management company in Myrtle Beach, SC, with deep roots in the Shore Drive area. We specialize in hands-on, personalized management designed to protect your property, elevate the guest experience, and maximize long-term performance.
Who We Are
Shore Drive Realty is led by Julian Romero, Founder & Broker of Record. Julian brings more than 20 years of experience across hospitality and real estate, including work with Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Vacasa, and Redfin. He is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states and takes a hands-on role in property performance, owner relationships, and management standards.
We're local to Myrtle Beach, with an office at 9570 Shore Drive, Unit #207, and boots on the ground when it matters most.
